The Jefferson Award of Special recognition was recently awarded to Upper Saint Clair resident Ann Billak. Ann is the acting Public Relations Director of the Master Builders Association of Western Pennsylvania and has doubled as the volunteer President of “Rebuilding Together with Christmas in April, Pittsburgh” for the past nine years. As a result of her continuous contribution and dedication to the project, Ann was one of 69 recipients nationally, who were recognized with the prestigious Community Champions Jefferson Award for 2001.
