The International Union of Operating Engineers Local Union #66 provides employment opportunities for over 7,000 men and women residing within 33 counties of Pennsylvania and three counties in Ohio. Operating engineers operate, maintain and repair heavy construction equipment, such as cranes, backhoes, loaders, scrapers and bulldozers for use in the construction of buildings, factories, roads, dams, power plants, pipelines and bridges.
